Hollywood is full of people who are outstandingly beautiful take, for instance,Kaley Cuoco.
Obviously, Cuoco is gorgeous, but she also has a pretty impressive body.
Specifically, Cuoco’s go-to breakfast is pretty simple and light.

Clearly, Cuoco has no fear of carbs, which, honestly, just makes her even more relatable.
You eat that bread!
But, it took her a while to realize this.

“So I cut that out.
Our refrigerator and pantry have completely changed, because we don’t eat crap anymore.
Cutting out junk food and cleaning up her diet has made a big difference, that’s for sure.

Cuoco has actually had quite a journey when it comes to her own meat consumption.
“I haven’t been eating that much meat lately,” she said.
“No one eats a giant meal and burger and a soda and feels great after.”

“Anyone that knows me knows that I hate mushrooms,” she told her phone camera.
“If I see one, I’ll really lose my appetite.”
In an interview withShape,Cuoco explained that she isn’t afraid to treat herself.

“Ihaveto have a cheat day,” she said.
Then I wake up on Monday morning and I’m all ready to start the week again.”
And, according to Cuoco’s social media, those cheat days areveryreal.

Girl knows how to party, that’s for sure.
In fact, Cuoco has had to rein in her soda drinking over the years.
“Now, instead of having dessert, I’ll have a can of diet soda.”

But that’s not all.
Ten years later, Cuoco toldUs Weeklythat she had started to preferregularsoda over diet.
“That’d be a cheat for me.”

Um, yes hey!
The super famous actor isn’t just healthy with her meal choices even her snacks are pretty diet-friendly.
And, really, what more could you want from a snack?

Specifically, she said she enjoys eating an apple with peanut butter.
However, Cuoco has also been spotted eating some delicious cheese in bed,alongside a furry friend.
And, really, who doesn’t love eating cheese in bed?

Cuoco totally gets it.
“Kaley isn’t a big fan of meal plans or diets,” he said.
“So instead we opt for guidelines for her to follow each day.”

She can have carbs in the morning, for lunch, and maybe some a little after."
Carbs are delicious, and it’s refreshing to hear that Cuoco doesn’t shy away from them completely.
“I was so hungry.

Egg whites, almonds, air,” she continued.
And, hey, nuts are super filling and healthy, so her snacking habits make total sense.
Still, most of her meals seem to be pretty balanced, so her lifestyle seems fairly doable.
But when her day is winding down, what does Cuoco like to enjoy for dinner?
As it turns out, her dinner might just be the healthiest meal she has all day.
