Elton didn’t seem to be over it, though.
“She came in, and I sent over a note.
She was very gracious,” he said during an interview with Terri Seymour ofExtra.
“I apologized profusely because what I said should have never appeared in public.”
Madonna accepted the apology, and then Elton bought her dinner.
“She was fantastic.
She was just like, ‘Okay, let’s get a move on.'”
