Sadly, the 24-year-old comedian and musician has died.
“My brother, Adam Perkins, passed away this previous Sunday, 4-11-21,” Patrick wrote.
“I can’t even really put into words what this loss means for me.
I’m often asked the question, ‘what’s it like to be a twin?’
and my response is usually, ‘what’s it like to NOT be a twin?'”
He continued, “Being a twin is a very central part of my identity.
It’s all i’ve known.
My best friend.”
Patrick did not reveal Adam’s cause of death, which remains unknown at this time.

The Chili’s clip reportedly accumulated over 20 million views in a year (perDeadline).
Adam had around 300,000 followers when the platform shut down in 2017.
