Isn’t the whole point to confirm that the applicants meet a minimum standard before being considered for job?
Overqualified and over-prepared, too many women still hold back.

Women only feel confident when they are perfect.
Or practically perfect."

And yet, if we don’t challenge this construct, we can’t change it.
