Manolo is the only child of “Modern Family” starSofia Vergaraand her first husband, Jose Luis Gonzalez.
He was born in 1991 in Columbia when his mother was just 19 years old.
While watching his mother find success in Hollywood, Manolo decided to pursue a career in the entertainment industry.
“She goes, ‘Why?
Get a real job, something stable.'”
The young adult welcomed a new addition to his family when he adopted his dog, Baguette.
And Vergara is just as obsessed with Baguette as her son.
“My mother didn’t like dogs.
Now she’s obsessed,” Manolo said (perOprah Daily).
“My mother treats her as if she’s her granddaughter, 100%.”
