Glamourreports that the ceremony will take place on July 1 at Kensington Palace.
The statue was originally commissioned by the brothers back in 2017.
It was designed by Pip Morrison and sculpted by artist Ian Rank-Broadley.

William and Harry are both expected to give speeches in honor of their mother during the ceremony.
Meanwhile, one royal insider is giving his take on what to expect at the statue unveiling.
“The boys will be fine,” the informant added.
